Addcar Failed to Refund €1,100 Deposit After Sarajevo Airport Rental
Between April 18–20, I rented a vehicle through your company from Addcar, which operates at Sarajevo International Airport. During the rental process, a €1,100 security deposit was charged to me. Although I returned the vehicle without any issues, the deposit has still not been refunded despite more than a month having passed.
The deposit amount was reflected on my credit card in U.S. dollars, and because no refund has been issued, I was unable to pay the balance in full, which resulted in my bank charging me interest. Despite contacting you multiple times through phone calls and written messages, no resolution has been provided.
Regarding this matter, I have attached payment receipts, slips, message records, and documentation of phone conversations. I respectfully request that the hardship I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
