I rented a car from Carviz Antalya for 14 days, picking it up on October 9. Today is November 11, and my deposit still hasn’t been refunded. To make matters worse, the deposit wasn’t held as a block—it was fully charged and appears to have been used. The transaction shows Esmen Oto as the charging party. Despite calling Carviz, Novocar, and others associated with this rental, none of my calls have been answered. I also sent an email but received no response. Additionally, my bank charged a ₺12 foreign transaction fee when the deposit was taken, and I’ll be charged the same amount when it’s refunded. I didn’t expect this from a company known for its excellent service. Carviz needs to resolve this immediately and refund my deposit without further delay.
