Carwiz Refuses to Refund My €300 Deposit After Rental Return
On September 3, 2024, I rented a car from Carwiz at SAW airport for a single day during my vacation. When I picked up the car, they charged a €300 deposit to my credit card. I returned the car the next day as agreed, but I still haven’t received my deposit refund.
It has been nearly eight weeks, and Carwiz has not processed the refund. I’ve tried reaching out for assistance, but I’ve received no updates or resolution. This kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.
Carwiz, I demand that you process my refund immediately. Customers should not have to wait this long for their deposits. Please prioritize resolving this issue and improving your refund process.
