ACER Laptop Model 5739G BIOS Drivers No Longer Available

I bought the Acer laptop model 5739G a long time ago (January 2010), and I still use and like it now. Because of a mistake on your Acer website, my laptop got blocked, so I had to take it to get fixed. This inconvenience ended up costing me about 30 ₺. But where did you make a mistake? I looked on your website's support section to find the newest BIOS drivers for updating the BIOS. Unfortunately, they were taken away from you.

After that, I looked for and accidentally downloaded a driver from a forum, I ran it, and the outcome... my screen turned black and the system stopped working. During these tough financial times, I can't afford to buy a new Acer. On top of that, I had to pay an extra 30 ₺ for the service. I'm criticizing you for this. A good brand should support both its older and newer products.
