Acer Exorbitant Price for the Charging Adapter

I needed a charger adapter for my Acer computer, which I bought for ₺34,000 (around $1,100) just 1.5 years ago. Instead of buying one online, I contacted Acer customer service to get an original part. Prices in Turkey ranged between ₺1,500–₺3,500 ($35–$80), so I thought it made sense to pay a little more for an official one. But when I called, they quoted me ₺26,000 (about $664). Yes, you read that right—TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND LIRA for just a charger adapter. What Acer did the very first time I needed support shows that they simply don’t care about their customers. When I tried to file a complaint, they told me they don’t have a complaint system. It seems they only acknowledge feedback when it’s positive. I will never let another Acer product into my home again.
