There Is No Way To Overcome Aardy Insurance Policy Changes

After booking a policy online, had many issues, considered canceling in the end. First, changing the dates was a huge task, making me reconsider my decision and possibly switching to some other provider, your policy seems good, but making simple changes is difficult for one thing. navigating your website was a total nightmare. customer service is unresponsive and unacceptable. In urgent situations like flight transfers or lost luggage, waiting over 15 minutes for a chat response and 45 minutes for a phone call is unacceptable. This poor service hurts Aardy and the recommended insurance company, I now question their integrity and competence. Please avoid.
