They Wrongly Named Us Primary And Secondary Insured, AARDY Fix Takes Forever!

I entered our names and ages to sign up for coverage for my wife and me. When I received the confirmation email, I was surprised to see my name as the primary and secondary insured. How the web processing system made such a simple error is incomprehensible, called customer service to fix the mistake but was put on hold multiple times and given vague instructions on how to change the policy. Worse, the change may not take effect before our trip! The representative tried to help, but this entire experience has shaken my confidence in using this insurance provider again, despite being a loyal customer for years, who needs extra workload and stress?
