The lack of attention is absolutely unacceptable. No one has reached out, no one is following up, and I have no idea where my money is. I’ve received zero support, and it’s clear that getting help here is nearly impossible. My funds are stuck somewhere, and no one is taking responsibility for resolving it.
Because of this complete lack of accountability and communication, I’m now seriously considering leaving the platform and switching to another site that values its users and actually provides responsive support.
