I Deposited Money on 1Win a Week Ago and Still Haven’t Received It

I deposited money into my 1Win account using their officially listed payment method, but the transaction never redirected me to any confirmation page. Despite the payment going through, it’s been over a week, and the funds still haven’t been added to my account—or refunded.

At first, customer support told me the money would reflect within a day. Then they claimed there was a technical issue. A week later, I’m still being told to “wait for the specialists to solve it.” That’s all I’ve heard—wait. Meanwhile, my money is just sitting there, and no one is offering any real help or solution.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I followed all their instructions, used their system, and now I’m stuck without access to my funds. I feel completely ignored and taken advantage of.
