I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I experienced today with my 1win account. My 1win ID is 65590096. Today, at around 12:30, I requested a withdrawal of 1,335 INR via IMPS. In the application, the withdrawal shows as “successful,” and support also informed me that the money has been transferred, but until now, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. This situation is causing me concern because the status is successful, yet I have not received any money on my side. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 1,335 INR be urgently checked, and that either the payment is credited to my account or I am provided with clear proof of the transfer and an explanation of where the funds are. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and to be informed in writing about the result of the investigation.
