In the application, the withdrawal shows as “successful,” and support also informed me that the money has been transferred, but until now, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. This situation is causing me concern because the status is successful, yet I have not received any money on my side. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 1,335 INR be urgently checked, and that either the payment is credited to my account or I am provided with clear proof of the transfer and an explanation of where the funds are.
