I am writing regarding an issue with my withdrawal on 1win. I requested a withdrawal of ₹6,500 via IMPS, and it has been pending for about one day without being completed. Despite this time passing, the status of the withdrawal has not changed and the money has not reached my bank account. I have contacted 1win support about this issue, but my problem is still not resolved and the withdrawal remains pending. I request that my ₹6,500 IMPS withdrawal be processed and credited to my account as soon as possible, or that I am clearly informed about the reason for the delay and the exact timeframe for resolution.
