I requested a withdrawal of 1,200 rupees from my 1win account via IMPS at around 01:06 a.m. While the 1win application shows this withdrawal as “successful,” the amount has still not been credited to my bank account, even after a full day has passed. My 1win ID is 304768467. I contacted 1win customer support and was only informed that “it will take” without any clear timeframe or concrete explanation. Since the app status shows the transaction as successful, I am very concerned that the money is stuck somewhere between 1win and my bank. I request that this 1,200 rupee withdrawal be checked urgently and the amount be credited to my bank account immediately, or that a clear update be provided without further delay.
