1Win IMPS Withdrawal Marked Successful But Not Credited To Kotak Bank
I am writing to report a serious problem with my withdrawals on 1win and to request an urgent resolution. On 30/12/2025 at around 5:47, I made two separate withdrawals via IMPS to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account, the first for 15,000 INR and the second for 2,000 INR, for a total of 17,000 INR. In the 1win system, both withdrawals are shown as “successful”, but the money has not been credited to my bank account and it is also not visible in my 1win game wallet. I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have received no real help or effective response so far. As a result, my funds are stuck and I am left without any clear information or solution, even though the transactions appear as completed on your side. I request that 1win immediately investigate these IMPS withdrawals and credit the full amount of 17,000 INR to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without any further delay. I also ask to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and the exact status of these transactions.
