I am writing regarding a withdrawal problem I am experiencing with my 1win account. On 16 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,210 INR via IMPS bank transfer from India. Although more than three days have passed, the withdrawal is still shown as “pending” in the app, and the money has not reached my bank account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue. First, they told me to wait 24 hours, and when that time passed, they then said I should wait between 1 and 7 days, without giving any clear reason for the delay or any concrete information about the status of my withdrawal. This situation is causing uncertainty and a lack of trust, because my winning amount is blocked and I have no information about when it will be credited or if there is any problem with my transaction. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 1,210 INR be processed and credited to my bank account as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation about the reason for the delay and the exact time frame for resolution.
