On 17 December 2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₹10,000 from my 1win account (account name: Sekh Fardin P***, ID: 34569***) via IMPS. In the 1win system, this withdrawal is shown as successfully completed, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the amount was missing, I contacted 1win customer support and explained that the funds were not received. As requested, I provided my bank statement and also sent an email showing that no such transaction was credited to my account. Despite this, I keep receiving only the same response that the withdrawal is successful, without any real investigation or solution. I request that 1win urgently review this transaction in detail and either provide clear proof of the transfer with complete transaction details or ensure that the ₹10,000 is credited to my bank account without any further delay.
