My 1win gaming ID is 307778126. The first missing deposit was made on January 31, 2026, in the amount of 4,900. The second missing deposit was made on February 3, 2026, in the amount of 24,000. The third missing deposit was made on February 6, 2026, in the amount of 25,000. All three deposits were successfully deducted from my side, yet none of these amounts have appeared in my 1win gaming balance.
I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times and provided all the information they requested. However, I continue to receive the same response stating that my request is “processing,” with no concrete solution, update, or visible progress.
