On October 18, 2025, I deposited $404 into my 1win account via bank transfer. However, more than three weeks have passed, and the deposited amount still hasn’t been credited to my account.

This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such a problem — it has happened multiple times before, and it’s becoming a repeated issue.

I’ve contacted 1win customer support numerous times through both live chat and email, but every time I receive the same response: that there’s “a delay due to high volume” and I should just wait. No clear explanation or concrete solution has ever been provided.

I request that this transaction linked to my account ID 857 89 be resolved immediately, and that the $404 USD I deposited be credited to my account without further delay. I also urge 1win to take necessary measures to prevent these recurring payment delays in the future.
