I Face Missing Birthday Discount Issue on My H&M Account

On August 31, my birthday, I expected my birthday discount to be automatically applied to my H&M mobile app account, as it has been every year. However, even after two weeks, the discount still hasn’t appeared. In previous years, the discount was always added to my account right on my birthday without any issues, but this year, I didn’t receive any notification or coupon in my account.

I even tried making a purchase through my account to see if the discount would show up, but it didn’t. I haven’t contacted H&M customer service yet since this discount is usually applied automatically, and I’ve never had a problem with it before.

I’m requesting that my birthday discount be added to my account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
