I Face Unfair 168-Hour Ban On My WePlay Account (ID: 59885610) Using Honor 400 Lite

I have been using the WePlay platform on my Honor 400 Lite device without any prior issues. However, about 12 hours ago, my account with ID: 59885610 was suddenly banned for 168 hours (7 days). This came as a complete surprise because I have never experienced a ban before and I am confident that I have not committed any violation of the platform’s rules.
I have not yet been able to reach WePlay customer service, so I am sharing my situation here first. The ban has caused unnecessary stress and has restricted me from accessing my account and continuing my activities on the platform. Since I have invested both time and effort into using WePlay, being banned for what appears to be a misunderstanding feels extremely unfair.
I kindly request that this wrongful ban be reviewed and lifted so that I can regain access to my account. I expect a clear explanation and a fair resolution as soon as possible.
