Account banned cause of sending many messages

My WhatsApp account, which I use on my Redmi Note 8 device with the phone number +265980980483, was recently banned and I have not been able to access it since the last holidays. When I try to open WhatsApp, I see a warning on the screen saying that I need to download or use the official WhatsApp application in order to continue.

I have never intentionally used any unofficial or modified WhatsApp applications. To solve the problem, I deleted and reinstalled WhatsApp several times by downloading it from the official application store and also tried different troubleshooting tips, but the same warning keeps appearing and I still cannot access my account.

I request that my account, linked to the phone number +265980980483, be carefully checked and that the ban be removed, as I am currently unable to use my number on WhatsApp despite using the official app. I would like my WhatsApp account to be unbanned and reactivated so that I can continue using the service normally.
