Karaca Product Replacement Request – Swiss Crystal Series Cookware Set

On February 7, 2024, I purchased two cookware sets from the Swiss Crystal series. However, starting from the fifth use, I noticed issues such as the coating peeling and discoloration. I believe this is a manufacturing defect.

Additionally, I have observed that the same model cookware has undergone improvements, including a better-quality coating and compatibility with oven use. This indicates that you have identified the issue and developed a solution.

Therefore, I kindly request that my purchased products be replaced with the updated version. I would greatly appreciate your support and look forward to receiving a prompt response regarding this matter.
