Unauthorized Billing From Zety

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by Zety to my bank card. On 26 May 2026, an amount of $23.95 was debited from my card ending in 5980, which I did not authorize. I only noticed this transaction today. After seeing the charge, I contacted Zety customer service and explained that the billing was unauthorized. In response, they informed me that they would refund only $11.98 instead of the full $23.95, and that this partial refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. I do not find this acceptable, as the entire charge was unauthorized. I request that Zety issue a full refund of the $23.95 that was debited from my card on 26 May 2026, and ensure that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
