I Did Not Subscribe but Zety Charged My Card Without Permission

On April 5, 2026, a charge of $34 was made to my VakıfBank card by a company called Zety without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any subscription, membership, or knowingly made purchase associated with this company.
I noticed the transaction while reviewing my account activity through the VakıfBank mobile banking app. Since I have no agreement or direct communication channel with Zety, I have not been able to contact them. I believe my card information may have been used without authorization. I demand that Zety clearly explain the basis for this charge and immediately refund the $34 that was withdrawn without my permission.
I request that the unauthorized amount be fully refunded to my card/account as soon as possible and that necessary security measures be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
