Zety Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card—No Account or Subscription
On December 22, 2025, at 2:07 PM, a charge of $34 was made to my VakıfBank card by Zety.com without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any account, membership, or subscription with Zety.com, and I have never used their services. Despite this, an unauthorized transaction was made on my card.
The transaction occurred while I was in Ankara and was completely unauthorized. I want to clearly state that I do not approve this charge, I have no commercial relationship with Zety.com, and my card information was used without my consent.
I request an immediate and full refund of the amount charged. Following VakıfBank’s guidance, I will visit my bank branch to initiate a chargeback process. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will pursue all my legal rights through my bank and the relevant authorities.
I also request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that it be determined how and by whom my card information was used, and that the refund be processed without delay.
