I used Zety once but got charged monthly, what steps fix this issue?

Zety charges monthly because what feels like a “one-time use” is actually a subscription with auto-renewal, often triggered after a low-cost trial or when downloading a resume.

To fix it, first log into your Zety account → My Account → Subscription/Billing and cancel the plan immediately.

Make sure you complete all steps and receive a confirmation email, because cancellation only stops future charges—not the current billing period.

Next, request a refund by emailing [email protected] with your transaction ID and clearly stating you didn’t intend to subscribe. Refunds are possible, especially if requested within 7 days or if you didn’t heavily use/download files.
