Zara Canceled My Online Order Without Informing Me
On June 22, 2025, I made a purchase through Zara's online app. Even after 6 days, the item had not been shipped, and on June 28, I received a notification from my bank stating that the order had been canceled and a refund would be issued. I’ve been completely unable to reach the brand’s customer service. I managed to message someone named E*** through a business account on my own, but I only received generic responses and was brushed off. They claimed the item couldn’t be supplied, but I purchased it when it was clearly listed as in stock. This was not an out-of-stock product. They sold an unavailable item, failed to ship it for six days, and canceled my order without informing me. My order number is 5380*****47. They cause customer frustration without hesitation, and once a refund is issued, they act as if that solves everything.
