I Can’t Track My Zara Order #5383*****65 and Get No Email or Delivery Info
I placed an order through Zara.com, order number 5383*65, and I’m extremely frustrated by the complete lack of transparency and customer service regarding its delivery status. There is no email confirmation, no contact number, and no clear tracking information provided on the website. When I log into my account, I can't even find basic order details. I have no idea if the package was delivered, where it was sent, or who received it.
This is unacceptable from a global brand like Zara. As a paying customer, I have the right to know where my purchase is. There should be clear, accessible support in place to resolve such issues—but Zara offers no help whatsoever.
I demand an immediate update on my order status, including proof of delivery and where it was left. If the product cannot be located, I expect a full refund without delay. Zara must improve its customer communication and stop leaving buyers in the dark.
