Zara Orders Got Lost In The Mail, Only Half of It Arrived

I ordered 17 items from them, which is a lot, but guess what? Seven of those things were never delivered. I mean, really? Where did they go when they vanished? Even worse, when I told Zara about it, they all said, "Yeah, yeah, we'll give you a refund." What, though? Nothing at all happened! No money back, and no sign of those stolen items. My online order seems to have disappeared into thin air, and Zara doesn't seem to care. I've sent a lot of messages to their Whatsapp support line, trying to get a response, but guess what? Crickets. Not even a single word. It's more than annoying, you know? I mean, I really did trust Zara. But now I'm left with missing things, promises that were never kept, and no customer service.
