I ordered three items from Zara on May 3, and according to the confirmation, they were supposed to be delivered by May 8. It’s now been over a week, and there’s still no sign of my order. What’s worse—I haven’t received a refund either.
I’ve tried calling customer service, but no one picks up. I went to a Zara store hoping to get help, but the staff there just told me, “We don’t handle online orders.” There’s zero accountability. Zara is acting like it’s no big deal that I paid and got nothing in return.
At this point, I’m seriously starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If you don’t plan to deliver the order, then give me my ₺ back. It's that simple. But I’m not getting my items or my money, and nobody’s offering any explanation or resolution.
Zara, I demand that you either deliver my order immediately or issue a full refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and your lack of communication only makes it worse. Handle this now. I won't be silent about being ignored.
