Zara Order Delayed Despite Payment, No Delivery After Promised Date
I placed an order with Zara on November 29, 2024, paying in full at the time of purchase. Despite the delivery date passing, my items have not been delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, Zara keeps updating the delivery date without providing clear explanations. Customer service has been unhelpful, offering vague and dismissive responses that feel manipulative rather than supportive.
I have requested a refund and am waiting to see how they handle it. As a paying customer, I am extremely frustrated with Zara's lack of accountability and poor service. I expect my refund to be processed promptly or for my order to be delivered immediately. This issue needs urgent resolution.
