Disappointing Customer Service at Ankamall Zara

My favorite place to shop, Ankamall Zara, is where I bought a pair of pants. The fabric in the legs of the pants started to pill. I took the pants back to Zara and asked to talk to Nermin H**, who was in charge of them. The news was shared, and I talked about the problem. But instead of trying to figure out what was wrong, Nermin H** told the cashier, without even looking at it, to send it to be fixed. Even a customer she didn't know said they didn't like how she was acting. Even though the pants are worth 1000 TL, I can't forgive such rude behavior. Zara, or more accurately Inditex, has become a big letdown for me. It's not acceptable that they won't listen to me and fix the problem with the product.
