About The Disrespect Of Zara Staff

I visited Zara at Akbatı Shopping Mall to address a defective product issue. The cashier directed me to someone named S****. Despite a noticeable defect in the product, S****, with hands in pockets, refused to acknowledge it, casually stating, 'I can't see the defect,' and declined to proceed with the return. Even with my receipt, I faced such treatment. When I expressed my desire to speak to a manager, I was disrespectfully ejected from the store, with S**** arrogantly claiming, 'I am both the manager and the boss here.' His disdain was evident, likely fueled by my modest attire. The behavior of the Akbatı Zara staff has turned me off from the brand entirely.
