Brand-new Zara Boots Cracked After 6 Uses
I bought my daughter a pair of boots from the Zara store in Ankara Metromall. The boots cracked despite having only been worn six times. I went to Kentpark Shopping Mall's authorized personnel, and they said they could exchange or refund the product, but they needed the receipt. I contacted WhatsApp, but they were unable to locate the receipt. When there is a problem, I've never seen a corporate company like Zara not provide a receipt. When I had problems with faulty Panço or Boyner products, they were able to generate a receipt from their system and send it to their inspection department. It's surprising that Zara sells the product but doesn't handle the aftermath. I used to shop there frequently, but if my problem isn't resolved, I won't go back. They refuse to take my calls to their customer service center, and when I call their WhatsApp number, they don't even give me their name. There appears to be only one employee, and they always send a message to end the conversation without providing a solution.
