Denied Access to Stocked Items for Discounted Products at Zara

I encountered a frustrating situation at the Zara store in Kentpark on June 27, 2023, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I politely requested a specific item that I knew was in stock in the store's storage while trying on clothes in the fitting room. However, the fitting room attendant informed me that I could not request items from the storage for discounted items. To my surprise, she then went on to fulfill another customer's request for a seasonal item that was not on display. Zara Kentpark appears to have a discriminatory practice in which they refuse to bring items from storage for discounted products, even if they are available. I am deeply disappointed by Zara Kentpark's treatment and would like to file a complaint.
