I Face Random Shutdowns on My Alcatel MT40X Showing a “Device Cold” Error

While using my Alcatel MT40X smartwatch, I started experiencing a problem where the device suddenly shuts down on its own and displays a “Device Cold” warning message. The watch powers off automatically without me performing any action, and this issue has been occurring continuously for the past week.
During this time, I attempted to contact both the seller and technical support for assistance. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone, and I have received no support or guidance regarding the problem. As a result, the smartwatch has become unusable, and I no longer feel confident relying on it for daily use.
I am requesting that my Alcatel MT40X smartwatch be thoroughly inspected and that the cause of this malfunction be identified and repaired. I expect the necessary service to be completed as soon as possible and for the issue to be permanently resolved so that I can use the device safely and reliably again.
