Zara Store Manager Treated Me Rudely During a Product Exchange

Dear Sir/Madam, On March 28, 2025, at around 8:18 PM, I had an extremely negative experience at the Zara store in Kentpark, and I would like to bring this to your attention. When I went to the store for a product exchange, I was informed that exchanges could only be made at a single women’s cashier. However, due to the crowd in the store, it was nearly impossible to reach that cashier. The signage was either insufficient or not visible at all. Although I was told that there were announcements regarding the exchange process, I waited for about 10 minutes and no announcement was made. What was even more disturbing was the attitude of Mr. B***, who introduced himself as the store manager. He was completely indifferent, offered no solutions, and acted with extreme arrogance. Rather than being helpful, he displayed an attitude that was dismissive and careless, saying things like “Do whatever you want,” which is absolutely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I believe this behavior is not befitting of a representative of any brand, let alone a global one like Zara. I kindly request that the security camera footage from the mentioned time frame be reviewed and that appropriate actions be taken in response to this disrespectful behavior. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such irresponsible and customer-unfocused treatment from a globally recognized brand like Zara. I respectfully request that necessary measures be taken.
