Free Fire Recovery Email Not Arriving on India Server

I am writing regarding an access problem with my Free Fire account on the India server. My registered email address is chandervans****@gmail.com, and I am currently unable to receive the OTP and recovery emails required to log in to my account. This problem started recently and I have already followed all troubleshooting steps provided by Garena Support, including checking spam and junk folders, confirming that my email account is active, checking my network connection, waiting before requesting another OTP, and avoiding multiple OTP requests. Despite this, the OTP and account recovery emails are still not being delivered to my inbox. I contacted Garena Support about this issue on 9 September 2026 and again on 12 September 2026. Each time I only received the same basic, automated troubleshooting instructions and my cases were closed before the problem was resolved, which prevents me from continuing the conversation with a support agent. In the past I accidentally unsubscribed from Garena emails, and I believe this subscription/unsubscribe issue is now blocking OTP and recovery emails from being sent or delivered to my registered email address. I am the rightful owner of this Free Fire account and I am ready to provide my UID, screenshots, purchase receipts and any other information needed to confirm ownership. I respectfully request that my case be escalated to a human support agent or the relevant account‑recovery team for manual investigation. I ask that you check the email and OTP delivery status for my account, restore email communication from Garena to my registered address, and enable OTP and recovery emails again so that I can regain access to my Free Fire account. I kindly request that this case not be closed with the same standard OTP troubleshooting steps, as I have already completed them multiple times and the issue is still ongoing. I need a manual review and a proper solution so that I can access my account again.
