Zara Decided to Return My Shipped Orders Without Clear Reason
Zara couldn't send my order through their agreed-upon delivery service and, for no clear reason, they've decided to return it. Even though the items I ordered, worth 7,800 Turkish Lira, are in stock, they've still processed a refund. I bought these on November 23, and they say some of it will be sent on December 13. They're going to refund the missing items after 14 days. I'll have to buy those items from the store, and it will cost me 40% more. This is unfair, and I plan to take this to consumer rights authorities to make up for my losses.
