Zara Marked Order As Delivered But Never Received – No Response for 10 Days
I placed an order from Zara. The system says it was delivered on 07/07/2025, but I never received the package. I contacted customer support multiple times over the past 10 days, and each time I received the same generic replies: “Your case is being reviewed,” “We’ll get back to you shortly,” or “We’re in contact with the shipping company.” Despite these repeated messages, I have received no email, no update, and no resolution. I’m extremely disappointed with Zara’s handling of this issue. I live in a central location and this is not the first time I’ve faced delivery issues with the same courier. It’s unacceptable that a global brand like Zara cannot provide proper support or a clear timeline. Before proceeding with legal action under consumer rights, I’m requesting a clear, urgent resolution through this platform.
