Free Fire Account Permanently Banned for Abnormal Activity

I have been playing Free Fire on my Huawei Nova Y91 device and, since this phone does not support the Google Play Store, I downloaded GBox and installed Free Fire through that application. After logging in to my account, the game suddenly exited. When I tried to enter again, I was met with a screen stating that there were abnormal activities on my account and that it had been permanently suspended. My Free Fire account nickname is “FF VÈNØM” and my UID is 9566427828. I first saw the permanent suspension notice on 20/03/2026. I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third‑party software to gain an unfair advantage, nor have I shared or sold my account. The only different action I took was installing and playing the game via GBox because my phone cannot directly use the Play Store. I have spent my own money on this account for in‑game purchases and I feel it is very unfair that my account has been permanently banned without a clear and valid reason. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that this permanent ban be removed, with full access to my account restored. If there is any specific action that was considered a violation, I also request a clear explanation so that I can avoid such a situation in the future. I am asking you to unban my Free Fire account linked to UID 9566427828 and allow me to continue using the account where I have invested both time and money.
