Server Problem In My Litmatch Account

I use Litmatch on my Android phone and I have two accounts. On my first account I can chat safely and without problems with my friends. About two weeks ago I created a second account. On this second account, when I want to talk with my friend from my first account, it does not allow us to chat and gives the error message “Failed! Not in the same region”. Both of us want to talk normally and we did not change anything in the settings, but your server or region system is blocking us. I am asking you to fix this situation so that the server or region settings do not create problems between my accounts and my friend, and so that we can chat without this “not in the same region” error.
