Zara Has Received My Product But is Not Refunding Me!

On 04/07/2024, I placed an order for 5 items from an Inditex-owned Zara store. I delivered one of the products to Aras Cargo and will return it later. According to the information sent by the cargo company, my product arrived at Zara's warehouse and was delivered. I contacted them after discovering that my return had not been processed, despite the fact that the product had arrived. My return was not processed within three days, despite the fact that it was promised. When I contacted them again later, they stated that the product had not arrived and thus my return could not be processed. They said they couldn't help me, despite the fact that I had sent them the document proving that the cargo had arrived and the e-mail stating that the return would be made. Furthermore, they stated that I had made another return to them on the same date, and that while I had received payment for my return, the other product that had arrived had mysteriously disappeared. I stated that I would file a complaint against them and also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I don't intend to withdraw my complaint.
