Stradivarius Refund Not Received After Return

I returned the pants I purchased online from Stradivarius on September 4, and my return was accepted on September 14. I was supposed to receive a refund of $37 to my credit card. However, for three days, I received messages from my bank stating that the refund could not be processed because my card had reached its monthly limit, and these messages said that the $37 amount had been returned to the company. I then contacted Yapı Kredi and increased my card limit, but I still did not receive any refund. When I contacted the bank's support line again, they told me that the $37 amount had been returned to the company and that they had sent me notification messages about it. In contrast, Stradivarius customer service said that the refund had been issued on September 14, that they could not see any other transaction in their system, and that there was nothing they could do to help. They also failed to explain why, according to the bank's messages, the refund appeared to have been attempted again on September 16 if it had already been processed on September 14. My order number is 5040*****58. My bank message clearly shows that the refund was processed for $37 under the name MOKA UNITED *STRADIVARIUS ISTANBUL TR and then returned to the company. I want this discrepancy to be clearly explained and my $37 refund to be issued to me without further delay.
