Zara Home Refund Delayed – No Response from Customer Support

On January 24, 2025, I made a purchase from the Zara Home online store. On February 3, 2025, I returned the item, expecting a timely refund. However, to this day, I have not received my money back.

I have tried to contact customer support multiple times. I reached out through the live chat feature in the app, but no one responded. I also attempted to call the customer service hotline, but I couldn’t get through.

I am frustrated by this lack of communication and demand an immediate update on the status of my refund. Zara Home must resolve this issue as soon as possible and ensure that customers receive their refunds without unnecessary delays. Please address this matter urgently.
