Zara Has Not Refunded Me After I Returned My Order
I requested a refund of ₺989.95 on May 29, 2025, through Zara’s mobile application and returned my products accordingly. The return process was completed smoothly, and I received confirmation that the items had reached their destination. However, as of today, June 26, 2025, the refund has still not been deposited into my account. I waited patiently, assuming the issue would be resolved automatically, but nothing has changed. I reported my grievance via the WhatsApp support line, but they did not offer any help or resolution. Such lack of responsibility from a well-known brand like Zara is unacceptable.
