Zara Home Online Order Not Delivered and No Support Available

I placed an order on Zara Home's online store on November 12, 2024, and I still have not received the product. Despite multiple attempts to find information, there’s no clear update on the status of my order. The tracking number provided is inactive, and I was told the items had been shipped from the warehouse, but they haven’t even reached the courier.
The only contact option listed is a foreign phone number, which is impossible to reach. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to deliver my order or process a full refund without further delay. Customers deserve better service and transparency from Zara Home.
