Zara Home Charged My Card Without Creating an Order
On October 13, 2024, I attempted to purchase an item from Zara Home’s online site. Due to an error in the mobile app, my credit card was charged, but the order was never created. I’ve reached out to customer service both verbally and via email, providing screenshots to support my case, but my credit card has still not been refunded. This issue has not been resolved, and I’m requesting an immediate solution to this problem. Please refund the charged amount to my credit card and address this issue promptly.
