Zara Refund Delay: Still Waiting for My Money After Returning Items

I made a purchase from Zara on November 28 and later returned the items. However, I still haven’t received my refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no one to directly address my issue. Zara’s lack of customer service is disappointing, and I no longer plan to shop with them.
Their WhatsApp support is useless, only sending automated messages that do nothing to resolve the problem. I have no idea when I’ll get my money back, and no one seems to care enough to follow up.
I demand Zara process my refund immediately and provide better customer support. This kind of service is unacceptable for a brand of their reputation.
