On September 26, 2025, I made a ₺4,460 purchase on Zara Home’s online store using my bank card. However, I can no longer find my order number — I only have the payment receipt. When I contacted customer service to check the status of my order, I was told that no such order exists in their system, and I was given no explanation or solution.
The order was supposed to be delivered to my address, and since the payment was successfully processed, I find it unacceptable that my order cannot be located. I am being inconvenienced and left without any information about my purchase.
I request that my order be located immediately and that the products be shipped to my address without further delay.
