Graceland Boat Shoes Caused Severe Foot Pain After Only Two Uses

On 30 April 2026 I bought a pair of Graceland women’s boat shoes from the Deichmann store in Heidelberg. From the very first time I wore them, my feet started hurting badly while walking. I have never experienced this level of pain with any other shoes I own. I have worn the shoes twice in total. The first time was with the original insole and it was so painful that I decided to change the insole, thinking that might solve the problem. However, even after changing the sole, the shoes are still very uncomfortable and cause strong pain while walking. Because I had already changed the insole myself, I felt awkward about going back to the store immediately, so I have not yet contacted Deichmann or Graceland customer service. As proof of purchase I have my credit card statement for this transaction. Since the shoes are practically unusable for me due to the pain they cause, I kindly request an exchange for another suitable model, if possible. I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
